Fieldstone Lake is a group of 25 single family homes which are
in, and part of, Potters Creek. These
homes are the “inside” arc of Lakeside Circle East and West and surrounding
courts. Due to requirements by the City
of Worthington these homeowners, in addition to their own lots, jointly own
Fieldstone Lake and the four streets inside the Circle through a not-for-profit
Ohio Corporation known as the “Fieldstone Lake Association”. The lake is not only their private yard
area, but is in excess of 29 feet deep places.
Therefore it should be treated with caution, regarded as their private
property, and no trespassing is allowed at any time.
