Dear Fellow Potters Creek Homeowner,

A meeting of Potters Creek Civic Association (PCCA) was held on March 17, 2004.  I would personally like to thank those of you who attended the meeting.  A number of on-going and new issues were discussed at the meeting.

Parking in front of Perry Soccer Fields:  Parking during soccer activities, etc.. along Collins Drive by the soccer fields has always been a dangerous situation with children running across the street.  In order to alleviate some of the danger, parking will be changed in the near future to the North side of Collins.  This change will result in additional parking spaces and make it easier for parents to drop off and pick up their children.  This change also means that there will be no parking on the South side of Collins.  The City of Worthington will make the necessary changes including signage.

Deed Restrictions:  Please make sure that you are complying with Potters Creek Deed Restrictions and Protective covenants.  We live in a great neighborhood and to maintain aesthetics and the value of our homes it is important that we all comply with the restrictions.  Please read your Deed Restrictions and Protective Covenants.  Are you in compliance?  All mailboxes and lamp posts must be uniform and in good repair.  Remember: “Values Increase with Conformity!”  If you have questions about whether you comply, please call your trustee or me.

Pets. If you have a dog, please be considerate of your neighborhood (including Perry Park) and always clean up after them.  Remember, children play on our fields and lawn.
