Dear Potters Creek Homeowner,

Attached is your 2005 invoice for the Potters Creek Civic Association (PCCA) dues.  The PCCA wishes to thank all of you for your continued support.  Last year the residents of Potters Creek showed their support for their neighborhood with a paid invoice return rate of over 92%.  Thank you Potters Creek!

Your dues help support Potters Creek in many ways.  A partial list of PCCA sponsored activities would include:

  1. Annual maintenance of our entrance and signage
  2. The installation of new signage, resulting in a safer environment for all at the Perry Middle School soccer fields.
  3. The creation and support of the Potters Creek web site www.potterscreek.org for distribution of news and information
  4. The re-establishment of the Potters Creek Annual Easter Egg Hunt
  5. The bi-annual volunteer “Trash Bash” for the cleaning and care of our Perry Park wooded area and creek
  6. The Potters Creek Annual Holiday Party

New policies implemented by the PCCA this year will make the distribution of important information to residents a priority.  And as the age of our neighborhood increases there will be continued pressure on your PCCA to maintain its vigilance and enforcement of the Potters Creek Charter and Deed Restrictions.  Siding, garage doors and mailboxes are of particular maintained concern and are frequently the cause of most code violations.  New services, provided by your neighbors, and designed to help ease the correction of some standard code violations are also in the works.

Please support your neighborhood.  Review what is expected from home maintenance here in Potters Creek by visiting our web site’s library.  Try to make it a priority to attend the PCCA meetings.  Get involved with keeping Potters Creek one of Worthington’s most desirable places to live.

Sincerely,

Jim Uhlman

Interim President, PCCA
